Your focus includes new client growth and overseeing the business relationship with your accounts while exceeding customer’s expectations. Plan and implement sales, marketing and product development programs targeted toward existing and new markets while continually seeking new and beneficial programs/products for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve client and corporate objectives for products and services
  • Assists with overseeing and evaluating market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Establishes and maintains relationships key strategic partners
  • Provide nothing less than exceptional service to our clients and their employees
  • Maintain the highest level of industry knowledge to enable comprehensive consulting
  • Represents Company during any interaction with the highest standards
  • Reviews and analyzes benefit program performance against quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
  • Knowledgeable of carrier products and changes thereof
  • Expertise in multiple healthcare programs and models to be able to think creatively to enable greater value add for our clients
  • Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments

Position Summary

Reviews and analyzes customer accounts for accuracy and make and take customer support calls. Prepares customer quotes, coordinates new group enrollment and facilitates new client on-boarding.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Assists in resolving issues with the carrier; act as a liaison between the client/employee and the carrier as an advocate
• Data-entry of client information as part of the on-boarding process
• Prepare sales information for customers
• Assists in managing assigned accounts
• Performs other related duties as required
• Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive knowledge of carrier plan designs and processes
• Maintain awareness of Healthcare Reform Legislative policies and changes thereof

Position Summary

Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers/clients by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as fellow team members within the Customer Service Department.

Responsibilities & Duties

External:
• Proficiency with carrier’s various web-based systems
• Overall knowledge of the organization and its specific departments and how they work together
• Specific knowledge of Customer Service procedures
• Provide timely feedback to the client and/or the client’s employees regarding service issues or customer concerns/questions
• Partner with Account Managers to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
• Receive and enter group enrollment changes, adds or terminations
• Initiate file maintenance for corrections to client files and/or client employee data
• Handle irate customers in a professional manner
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Internal:

• Provide administrative support
• Maintain internal databases
• General clerical assistance
• May perform personal executive secretarial services under limited direction
• Responsible for reception and telephone duties, including signing for front office packages
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
