Employers are required to display certain state posters in the workplace, in addition to required federal posters. Employers are often required to post notices in languages spoken by their employees; where that is the case, posters are also available in some languages other than English.

The following state posters are required:

  • Michigan Law Prohibits Discrimination
  • Michigan Safety and Health Protection on the Job (CET 2010)
  • Michigan Right to Know and SDS Posters (CET 2105) (employers with hazardous chemicals in the workplace)
  • Minimum Wage and Overtime (WHD 9904)
  • Notice To All Employees: Information about Unemployment Benefits (UIA 1710)
  • Paid Medical Leave Act (WHD 9911)
  • Smoke-Free Indoor Air Law No Smoking Signs
  • Unemployment Compensation Notice to Employee (UIA 1711)
  • Whistleblower Protection Act
  • Youth Employment Standards (WHD 9919)
