This is the notice that was due on March 1, 2013 and was postponed.  On July 18th the Department of Labor (DOL) released it model versions of this notice along with its deadline.

There are two (2) versions of the notice—one for employers offering health coverage and another for those who will not offer coverage.  Along with the model versions was the announcement that the appropriate notice must be delivered to employees (both full-time and part-time) no later than September 30, 2013.

In addition, this notice must be given to all newly-hired employees (both full-time and part-time) within 14 days of the hire date beginning on October 1, 2013.
